Two websites become one

Our latest website win comes from DampStop, formerly known as Durham Preservation.

Due to their success and growth they are now operating in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and throughout the North East and further afield.

Following a rebrand by Halogen the company is now looking to develop a new website that will replace the existing DampStop website and incorporate Durham Preservation.

This will mean website visitors to Durham Preservation will be redirected to the brand new¬†DampStop website. In the background Halogen has masterminded a strategic plan to protect their Search Engine Rankings initially, and then to improve moving forward. This will include for example mapping all existing url’s across to the new website.

The new website will be designed to enhance their branding online. It will clearly outline their extensive range of services and enable users to quickly find the information they are looking for. The style is clean and bold to deliver key information and re-enforce the strength and reliability of their products and services.

Technically the website will comprise the following:

  • Full WordPress installation with Content Managed Pages
  • Blog
  • 100% responsive design
  • Google fonts
  • Full screen slideshow
  • Parallax effects
  • Gallery
  • Mobile menu
  • LiveChat customer support
  • Drop down boxes
  • Google maps embed
  • Contact and survey application forms
  • Pdf downloads

…and a whole host of modern internet technology used to enhance UX and help sell their service.

We’ll update this post with a full website case study shortly.
